Grub Customizer has been updated to Version 3.0.2 with lots of improvement and new features. As you already know Grub Customizer, lets you Configure your boot menu entry Graphically. By using Grub Customizer you can

  • Select the default boot entry
  • Change the menu visibility
  • Timeout
  • Set kernel parameters
  • Disable recovery entries and
  • Change screen resolution

To install GRUB Customize in Ubuntu 12.04/11.10/11.04/10.10, open terminal (Alt + Ctrl + t) and write the following commands

Step 1: Add PPA

$ sudo apt-get update
