Install Live Wallpaper app in Ubuntu 12.04/12.10

Slidewall is an application to make slideshow of wallpapers.Like any other wallpaper changer, Slidewall allows you to pick your folder of images and change them at a regular interval. The thing that is different is that it support live wallpaper also.

To install Slidewall in Ubuntu 12.10/12.04 , open terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) and follow these simple steps

Step 1: Add Slidewall Repository

For Ubuntu 12.04

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fioan89/slidewall-precise

For Ubuntu 12.10

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fioan89/slidewall-quantal

Step 2: Update sources.list

$ sudo apt-get update

Step 3: Install Slidewall

$ sudo apt-get install slidewall
