Grub Customizer, lets you Configure your boot menu entry Graphically. By using GRUB customizer you can
- Select the default boot entry
- Change the menu visibility
- Timeout
- Set kernel parameters
- Disable recovery entries and
- Change screen resolution

To install GRUB Customize in Ubuntu 12.04/11.10/11.04/10.10, open terminal (Alt + Ctrl + t) and write the following commands
Step 1: Add PPA
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-customizer
Step 2: Update respository
$ sudo apt-get update
Step 3: Install GRUB Customizer
$ sudo apt-get install grub-customizer
That's it.
