How to Install Virtual Box in Ubuntu 12.04

Oracle VM VirtualBox is an application which allows additional guest operating systems, each known as a Guest OS, to be loaded and run, each with its own virtual environment.  There is a free and fully open-source edition available under the GNU GPL license.

To install open-source edition open terminal and type following command

$ sudo apt-get install virtualbox-ose virtualbox-ose-source virtualbox-guest-additions

Start Virtual Box by clicking on menu->Virtual box. For more information go to here.
